Welcome
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how PRESTIX.VIP ("PRESTIX," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use our website, applications, and services at prestix.vip and related properties (collectively, the "Services"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Facebook Login — data deletion
If you connected with Facebook and later remove PRESTIX from your Facebook apps, Meta may send us a data deletion request. We process those requests as described in our developer settings and confirm completion using the status URL we provide to Meta (this section).
Google Sign-In and Google user data
If you sign in or link your PRESTIX account using Google (including Google OAuth or Google-backed sign-in offered through our authentication partners), Google shares the categories of information you approve on the Google consent screen. This typically includes your Google account subject identifier and may include your name, email address, and profile photo, depending on the scopes and options you select.
We use this information to authenticate you, create and secure your account, display your profile in the Services, and provide features you request. We retain it for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not sell personal data received from Google. We may process it on servers and subprocessors that provide hosting, database, email, analytics, or security services under contract, and we may disclose it when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
You can stop using Google to sign in where the product allows disconnecting linked providers, and you may request deletion of your account subject to applicable retention requirements. Google's processing of your data on Google's systems is described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Depending on your interaction, we may act as a controller of certain data and as a processor or service provider on behalf of Partners (venues, organizers) for data they instruct us to process—consistent with our agreements with them and applicable law.

- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

- Aggregate or de-identify data for analytics, benchmarking, and product development.
3. AI memory and personalization
When you use AI-powered features on the Services—including the Prestix AI assistant, voice concierge, and support assistant—we may automatically extract and store a structured summary of your interactions to personalize future conversations. This section explains how that memory works for members, venue operators, DJs, and promoters.
3.1 What AI memory stores
AI memory captures facts and preferences derived from your conversations—such as your role on the platform, venues and events you have discussed, stated preferences, and recent requests. It does not store full conversation transcripts, attached documents, or the content of files you upload.
The system does not intentionally extract sensitive personal attributes such as government identifiers, payment credentials, health information, or passwords. Memory extraction is scoped to platform context and preferences relevant to improving your experience.
3.2 How AI memory is generated
Memories are extracted automatically through a scheduled process that reviews recent conversation activity. The extraction produces a brief session summary and a structured set of preferences that are stored on your account. This process runs periodically (typically daily) and considers your activity over the preceding seven days.
3.3 AI memory retention
- Extracted memory is refreshed periodically from your recent activity. Each refresh cycle replaces the previous extraction, so memory reflects your current context rather than accumulating indefinitely.
- Custom instructions you provide (such as personality preferences or standing directions to the assistant) persist until you change or remove them.
- Account deletion: when your account is deleted, all associated AI memory data is also deleted.
3.4 Privacy and security
- User-level isolation: memories are stored at the individual user level. There is no cross-user memory sharing. Your memory data is not visible to other members, venue operators, DJs, or promoters.
- No document access: memory stores facts and preferences, not document content. Memory does not grant the AI access to files or data you have not already shared in conversation.
- Scoped extraction: the extraction process is designed to capture platform-relevant context only and applies per-field size limits to prevent unbounded data accumulation.
3.5 User controls
You may request deletion of your AI memory data by contacting us as described in the Contact section below, or by deleting your account. We are developing in-app controls to allow you to view and manage your AI memory directly; availability of those controls will be communicated through the Services.
3.6 Known limitations
- Memory is refreshed periodically; changes to your context or preferences may not appear in AI responses immediately after they occur.
- Duplicate or overlapping entries may occasionally appear between refresh cycles.
- If you delete memory data, subsequent extraction cycles may regenerate similar entries from your ongoing activity unless you also remove or modify the underlying conversation history.
- AI memory is used to personalize responses, not to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How we share personal data
- Partners: to fulfill bookings and events you engage with (e.g. guest lists, table assignments, promoter attribution).
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery, customer support, security, and payment processing (including processors such as Stripe where used).
- Professional advisors: lawyers, auditors, and insurers where necessary.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users or the Services.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal data for money as that term is commonly understood in U.S. state privacy laws. We may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and advertising as permitted by law and your choices.
5. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract with you; legitimate interests (e.g. securing the Services, analytics, product improvement) balanced against your rights; consent where required; and legal obligation.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may also have rights under U.S. state privacy laws (e.g. California) to know, delete, or opt out of certain sharing.
To exercise rights, contact us as described below. We may verify your request. Profile visibility and certain settings may be available in-app (e.g. profile privacy controls). For AI memory specifically, see section 3.5 above.
7. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context. Key categories include:
- Account data: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.
- Transaction records: retained as required by applicable financial and tax regulations.
- AI memory: extracted memory is refreshed periodically and reflects recent activity; custom instructions persist until you change them; all AI memory is deleted when your account is deleted (see section 3.3).
- Conversation and support history: retained to provide continuity of service and may be summarized or archived over time.
8. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We may process data in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.
11. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
12. Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, contact us through the "Contact" section on prestix.vip or the support channel designated in the application. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
